The Connections:Teachers and their partners explored existing curriculum related to district, state and national standards and invited students to design research-based technology products aligned with the standards. As teachers and students collectively explored their curriculum and technology, teachers kept reflective portfolios demonstrating newly-acquired knowledge. Professional portfolios served as a token for demonstrating levels of growth and accomplishment. Students engaged in a multitude of exploration. They used technology to discover new places, ideas and concepts. The students' newly-acquired knowledge was exhibited through individual, small group or whole class projects. The Three Levels of Connections:
Teacher participants communicated via the use of technology. They developed model instructional projects demonstrating the integration of technology into the curriculum.
